Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any mobile application or game developed by Just Another Coder ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not download, install, or use our applications.

Interpretation and Definitions

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions: "Application" refers to any mobile application or game developed by Just Another Coder. "Company" (referred to as "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our") refers to Just Another Coder. "Device" means any device that can access the Service. "Service" refers to the Application. All content, features, and functionality of our applications, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of Just Another Coder and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

User-Generated Content

If our applications allow you to create, upload, or share content, you are solely responsible for such content. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the content you submit and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any content that we deem inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these Terms.

In-App Purchases

Some of our applications may offer in-app purchases for additional features, content, or virtual goods. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You are responsible for all charges associated with purchases made through your device's app store. We recommend disabling in-app purchases in your device settings if you do not wish to authorize such transactions.

Termination
